Quality Pork Products
In addition to selling piglets to a local finishing barn, we also sell sausages and provide custom orders of fresh pork.
- All of our sausages are made with high grade cuts of pork; we don't use fillers or artificial flavours.

Flour Production
Another area that we specialize in is in the milling of grains produced
in Temiskaming. Our climate ensures that we can grow quality grains
free of some of the diseases that can afflict grains grown in the
south. The Mill is hand crafted in Germany from oak boards and uses
granite stones from Italy.
- Stone Ground Four is milled slowly and does not heat in the
milling process. As a result we do not need to add preservatives into
the flour. This ensures a superior product. Nothing is added to the
process. Our flour is 100% pure.
- We grind only small batches to ensure freshness. Custom orders are welcome, including organic.
